Next Level Bound Workshops Inc is more than a Consulting Firm, we are invested in the upbuilding of communities with people who have a desire to thrive.
Our next move is to obtain multi-unit properties and create a program for each live-in resident to complete a financial class, meet with a credit counselor and attend the First-Time Home Buyers class. This will allow each resident the opportunity to level up, save money from the sky rocketing rent and cost of living, help them prioritize, help them manage their finances and stay on track.
Our current project is projected to cost about 4,000,000.00 and of that we will be required to put 350,000.00 down. We will have a manager to run the program and we will meet in 2024 soon to discuss how investment returns will work for you.
